The Trees on San Pedro St. Project exists to promote neighborhood beautification on the public sidewalks of Skid Row as defined by the space between Main and Alameda and 3rd and 7th streets in downtown Los Angeles. This public/private partnership, which focuses primarily on planting trees and supporting their maintenance, is the first step in a continuing effort of improvement reflecting a growing sense of neighborhood pride.
